We've started a series of essential planned maintenance on our online banking and mobile app services.
This is part of a programme of activity to make sure our services remain reliable and available when you need them most.
It will also support our plans to deliver new, improved features and functionality for you.
We know you rely on our digital services to keep track of your finances, that's why we've scheduled this work to take place at times when we know most of our customers use these services the least.
Planned maintenance will take place over a number of weekends starting on a Saturday evening. We aim to finish our work in November 2020.
Whilst we carry out our planned maintenance, online banking and our mobile app will be temporarily unavailable. You'll be able to continue to use your debit/credit card in ATMs and shopping online or in-store as normal.
We'll be keeping you updated as we go and we will let you know as soon as they become available again.
We're committed to giving you as much notice as possible to help you plan ahead.
So we'll be notifying you in advance of each weekend by keeping this page up to date with the specific dates and times, as well as providing updates in online banking, our mobile app and via our social media channels.

If you’re calling from the UK, calls to 0800 and 0808 numbers are free from landlines and mobiles; calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to numbers starting with 01 and 02; calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers cost 3p per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge; calls to 0844 and 0843 numbers cost 7p per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge. Charges for calls made outside of the UK will be determined by your local provider.
