We're here to help, no matter what you're going through
If you’re struggling with the rising cost of living, managing your finances, or just having a hard time at the moment, we’re here to help you find the right support.
Completing a budget helps us understand your circumstances and make sure we're providing the most appropriate support. It gives a clear picture of the money coming in and going out of your account each month and may also help identify areas where you could reduce your spending for the time being.
Where possible, we'll work through your budget with you. However, if you'd prefer to complete it yourself, you can use our online budgeting tool, Paylink.
To get started, you'll need your bank statements, payslips and any other information about your income and spending. Paylink can also securely use information from your credit data to make completing your budget quicker and easier. This is optional and won't affect your credit record.
The budget usually takes around 10-15 minutes to complete, and you can do it at your own pace. Once you've finished, you can share it with us so we can review your situation and discuss the support options available to you. You'll also be able to keep a copy for your own records.
If you'd like support completing your budget, or would prefer to talk it through with one of our colleagues, please call our financial support line on 0344 844 8899 or our Vulnerable customer line on 0800 781 1493. Call charges
