We're required to provide you with a copy of all of the transactions that have been made through your account, up to a period of five years.
As we prepare to close your account, we'll write to you asking you to complete a form and provide a copy of one proof of identity document.
If you're unable to provide the documents we need to verify your identity, your payment transaction history will not be sent to you.
Once we've received your documents and have successfully verified your identity, we'll send the payment transaction history to you within 10 working days.
Your transaction history will be sent to the address we held on file for you at the point your account was closed, unless requested otherwise by you.
There may be reasons why we won't be able to provide a payment transaction history.
If your account has only attracted charges and there are no payment transactions, there won't be any history to send you.
If your account was closed due to an of the following reasons we won't be able to send a payment history:
