Registration is quick and simple. Just follow the steps below.
To register for online and mobile banking together follow the four simple steps below:
Search for ‘Co-operative Bank’ in the App Store or Google Play, or use the links below. Once downloaded, open the app on your device, read and accept the terms and conditions, click “Next” and then “Register for online banking”
Enter your name, date of birth and account details.
You'll be asked to answer a few questions and we will also send you a verification code to your mobile phone or email to help us confirm who you are.
You’ll need to have a valid email address or contact telephone number held with us. If you would like to check or amend your contact details before registering please contact us. Once you're registered you can manage your contact details within online banking or the mobile app.
Create a username, password and 6-digit security code. Once you've done this, you'll be prompted to create another 6-digit passnumber that you can use to access the mobile app in the future. You’ll also be able to set up your Face and Touch ID (if applicable).

For security reasons, you’ll soon not be able to use our mobile app on Apple devices running on iOS 8, 9, 10 and 11 or on Android devices running on versions 4, 5 or 6. This means to keep using our mobile banking app, your device must be running on iOS 12 and above, or Android 7 and above.
