Download our mobile banking app

Before you can use the app, you'll need to register for online banking. This can be done within the app.

To register you'll need to have a current account, savings account or credit card. For verification you'll also need your mobile or email address.

If you have a smile account you'll need to download the smile banking app.

What you can do in the app

You can use mobile banking to check your balance, make payments, check recent transactions and more:

  • Log in securely with your fingerprint, facial recognition (if your device supports it) or a passnumber
  • Browse over a year's worth of transactions on your current, savings and loan accounts
  • Make payments to new and existing recipients
  • View and delete existing recipients
  • View and cancel your Direct Debits, standing orders and future dated payments (where you provided a reference)
  • Quickly transfer money between your Co-operative Bank accounts
  • Make payments to your Co-operative Bank credit card
  • Share your account details with one of your contacts
  • Switch to paperless statements on your current and savings accounts
  • View up to 7 years of paperless statements for current accounts, savings, ISAs and loans
  • Update your contact number and email address
  • Change your marketing preferences and let us know how you want to be contacted – via post, email, phone or SMS.

Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Wallet are simple and safer ways to make payments directly from your smartphone or smartwatch, keeping your Co-operative Bank details anonymous.

Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and Samsung Wallet are digital wallets – ways to safely store your card information online. You can use them to pay quickly and safely using many different devices.
