Before you can use the app, you'll need to register for online banking. This can be done within the app.
To register you'll need to have a current account, savings account or credit card. For verification you'll also need your mobile or email address.
If you have a smile account you'll need to download the smile banking app.
Only customers with a UK mobile number can register for the app. If you don't have a UK number, you can still log into online banking from your mobile.
