If you are a personal banking customer you can change your address in Online Banking in your 'Profile'. You’ll need to enter your password, 6-digit security code and a verification code we will send to you by text message or email. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.
Updating your details by post
To update your personal details for your bank accounts or insurance policy, simply complete the forms below, print them off and send them back to us using the address provided on the form. Once we receive your change of details form, we will update your details and send confirmation back to you along with any supporting evidence you provided, typically within 7-10 working days.
