Reset your password or security code

If you’ve forgotten your password or security code (or both), please go to online banking and:

  • Select 'Forgotten your login details?'
  • Select 'Reset password', 'Reset security code' or 'Reset both password and security code'
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your details. As part of the process, you’ll be sent a verification code by text or email so we can make sure it’s really you
  • Enter the verification code we send you to confirm the change. To keep your money safe, it’s important that you never tell anyone your verification code.
