Early repayment charges

If you repay your mortgage in full or part by capital repayment, or transfer to another product within the periods shown, the following early repayment charge will apply. This will be calculated as a percentage of the amount that you repay early.

You may be able to overpay by up to 10% of your mortgage balance per calendar year without penalty. This will be clearly stated in your specific mortgage terms and conditions.

2 Year Fixed Rate

The following early repayment charges apply during the following dates.

Up to 30 September 2022 2%
1 October 2022 - 30 September 2023 1%
After 30 September 2023 No early repayment charge applicable

3 Year Fixed Rate

The following early repayment charges apply during the following dates.

Up to 30 September 2022 3%
1 October 2022 - 30 September 2023 2%
1 October 2023 - 30 September 2024 1%
After 30 September 2024 No early repayment charge applicable

5 Year Fixed Rate

The following early repayment charges apply during the following dates.

1 October 2022 - 30 September 2023 4%
1 October 2023 - 30 September 2024 3%
1 October 2024 - 30 September 2025 2%
1 October 2025 - 30 September 2026 1%
After 30 September 2026 No early repayment charge applicable

Lifetime Tracker

Early repayment charges do not apply to our Lifetime Tracker mortgages, so you can overpay with no restrictions.
