Porting your existing mortgage across to your new property is subject to our lending criteria and all our usual checks on the property.
If you choose to take out a new mortgage deal when you purchase a new home, and you're currently on a fixed rate mortgage you will have to pay an early repayment charge. Please contact us on 08000 288 288 to discuss this. Call charges.
