Order a cheque book

To order a cheque book or Post Office® paying-in envelopes, log in to online banking and send us a secure message as follows:

  • Select 'Help and support' from the main menu
  • Select 'Send a secure message, and view your existing messages' then 'Send a message'
  • Choose the account you are making the request for
  • Select 'Stationery requests' from the subject dropdown and write a message telling us what you need.

Once you've completed your message, select send. Your cheque book will be posted to the address registered to your account and will arrive within 7-10 working days.
