How will I receive my current account bank statements?
You will receive regular statements through the post. However, you can switch to receive paperless statements while logged into online banking or the mobile app. We'll send you an email to your registered email address each time one is ready for you to view.
You will be able to access them by logging into online banking. If you choose paper statements, you will be sent your statement through the post and an electronic version will not be available.
When viewing statements online, you may need to enter your password, 6-digit security code and a verification code we will send to you by text message or email. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.
