How to ask for help
Call us on +44(0)344 844 8899 ^ and speak to our Financial Support Team today and we’ll help you take the first steps in resolving your repayment concerns. Just get in touch if you’d like to talk about your situation.
If you get in contact with us, we’ll do our best to:
- Never judge you or make you feel bad about your situation
- Always be happy to talk to you, however big or small your problem might be
- Treat you as an individual, taking the time to understand your circumstances
- Agree a way forward that meets your needs
- Let you know who else can help you
When we contact you
We’ll try to get in touch with you if you miss a payment or it looks like you might be getting into financial difficulty. If we do, there are a few different ways we might contact you.
If we already have your phone number, we will call you from the number +44(0)345 6036311 to discuss how we can help.
Please keep in mind we’ll never ask you for details like your PIN or 16-digit card number.
If you aren’t comfortable with receiving these calls, you can call us on our Financial Support Line +44(0)344 844 8899 ^, where we will be happy to help.
We may also send you a letter, with instructions to call us so we can help address any problems you might be having.
