Find out about how long it will take for a decision on your loan application.
The first thing our team will do is process your application and confirm your eligibility. This will involve checking your credit history and personal details. Sometimes we may require additional information, but we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
After that, you’ll receive a confirmation email to state if you’re eligible for a loan. This process will take up to 2 working days.
Calls from landlines typically cost up to 9p per minute. Calls from mobiles typically cost between 8p and 40p per minute. These calls must be included in your carrier’s inclusive minutes or discount schemes.
Calls may be monitored or recorded for security and training purposes.
