I have received an overdraft text alert – how do I know what scheduled payment(s) it is referring to?
This will be referring to your scheduled payments such as your direct debits, standing orders or any future dated bill payments.
You can check the dates and amounts of your scheduled payments you have by logging into online banking and selecting ‘Planned payments’.
Remember, Direct Debits will only show you the last payment amount and last date it was paid. Payment amounts may change at regular intervals so please check with the company your Direct Debit arrangement is set up with.
