If you wear a hearing aid, induction loops can help you to hear more clearly by reducing background noise and amplifying sound directly into the hearing aid.
Fixed and portable hearing induction loops are available in all of our branches.
To use an induction loop, use the 'T' setting on your hearing aid.
If you use British Sign Language (BSL), you can contact us using a BSL video interpreter through InterpretersLive! This service is available on demand from Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 12 noon.
If you are visiting us in branch, we can connect you to a BSL interpreter through InterpretersLive! when you visit us.
