1. Change of Signatories & Authorised Users

If you'd like to change the signatories or authorised users on your account, you will need to complete the following form:

If you'd like to apply for a debit card for yourself or one of your staff you will need to complete the following form:

You can register for Business Online Banking or add a new user by completing the relevant form below, and scan and email back to bascomms@co‑operativebank.co.uk or return to the address provided on the form.

My business/organisation is no longer trading
