  • Online banking

    You can also use online banking to make requests without having to call us or visit a branch, including:

    • Ordering cheque books or stationary for branch and Post office®
    • Requesting copy and interim statements
    • Cancelling Direct Debits and standing orders.

  • Telephone banking

    With telephone banking you can access information and make banking requests, including:

    • Listening to your latest transactions
    • Hearing your available balance
    • Paying bills
    • Transferring money
    • Ordering statements.

  • In branch

    You can book appointments in branch so we can support you with any queries you might have in person. We also offer extended appointment times if needed, so you’ll have plenty of time to get the help you need.

    Some of our branches also have adjustments to make your visit as comfortable as possible, including:

    • Handrails
    • Power assisted doors
    • Wheelchair access
    • Private meeting rooms

    You can also pay in or withdraw money at a Post Office® near you.

Digital accessibility on our website

You should be able to use our website to do exactly what you need to do. We're working to achieve at least Level A in accessibility, as described in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.

The language on our website should be:

  • Clear and simple to understand
  • Readable with screen readers, including headings, useful images, tables and forms
  • Logical, informative and presented in an order which makes sense, including help text where needed
  • Easy to view, using high colour contrast so text stands out clearly from the background.

On our website, you should be able to:

  • Zoom in up to 200% without problems (be sure to increase the zoom in your browser settings for best results)
  • Read most of the website using a screen reader - including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver
  • Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard or speech recognition software
  • Turn on subtitles on any videos we create and include on our website.
