You can add, remove or change a signatory or authorised user to your business account easily. There is a slightly different process for each action, so please review the correct process before making the request.

The HID Approve mobile security app is an alternative way to securely log into our business online banking and business mobile banking services. You can also approve payments when you shop online with it. And, best yet, the app is fast and free and available whenever you have your smart device.
Alternatively, if you still require your physical plastic security token, and are having issues with it, you can call Business Account Support for help.
