If you have requested the option to use CHAPS in Business Online Banking, you can make the payment online.
In Business Online Banking:
If you have set up approval rules in Business Online Banking, you may need a signatory to approve the payment before it can be sent.
CHAPS payments sent online are guaranteed to reach the recipient on the same day if we receive the request by 5.30pm.

If you are a Financial Institution (FI) paying another FI, we require both yours and the recipients Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) reference codes - (You can find more information www.gleif.org).
