If your physical token has been lost, damaged or is showing ‘locked’ on the start screen, and you still require one, please call us on 03457 213 213 with your plastic token to hand.

We will run you through our standard security process.

The delivery of a new physical token will take 7 to 10 days and will require activation by calling Business Account Support once it is received. HID Approve, however, can be downloaded and set up instantly.

Please note: neither the Bank nor any genuine person or company will ask you to disclose the security code from your security token.
