How do I create a new beneficiary?

We take your account security very seriously. If you create a new beneficiary, you will have to wait a minimum of 60 minutes until you can make a payment.

1- To create a beneficiary, log in to Business Online Banking and go to the beneficiaries menu on the left. Please select "add beneficiary".
NOTE - Items marked with asterisks (*) are mandatory fields.
2 - Please enter your beneficiary details in the boxes provided.
3 - Use the "find bank" button within the form to populate the beneficiary bank name and address, then click Add.
4 - At this stage, you will be prompted to use you secure token. Follow the on-screen instructions.
The new beneficiary will be available for use one hour after it has been created.

To create a foreign beneficiary amend the Beneficiary payment type from Local to Foreign. Please fill in all relevant fields as above.
