Our commercial online banking service, FD Online, gives you direct access to your business accounts. It is a durable and secure system that will provide you with a fast online experience.

FD Online is changing

We'll soon be moving all existing customers over to our new FD Online service.

We'll give you an exact date nearer the time via email, we'll do this in stages, so don't worry if you've not heard anything yet.

Until then, just keep using your online banking as you usually would.

FD Online provides all the advantages of our Business Online Banking service, plus the added benefits of:

  • Non-signatory users
  • CHAPS payments (both UK and Euro)
  • Foreign payments and Bulk Bacs
  • Secondary approval for payments
  • Bespoke reports

FD Online administration users

FD Online also has the advantage of administration users - dedicated individuals who will set up access and preferences for other users.

Open Banking

Open banking allows you to easily and securely share your financial data, including your transaction history and spending behaviour with regulated third-party providers. It also allows you to give permission to a regulated third-party provider to initiate payments from your account on your behalf.

Third-party providers cannot, under any circumstances, gain access to your account unless you have given them explicit consent to do so.
