With our FSB Business Current Account, you can take advantage of:

  • Free business banking services such as paying in cheques and up to £2000 cash per month free of charge. If you need to deposit more cash, you pay 75p per £100 extra.
  • Access to an overdraft with no arrangement fee (subject to application, status and assessment of your financial circumstances). You’ll be charged debit interest on your overdrawn balance and security fees may apply.
  • Access to your account via online banking or telephone banking.

Switching to an FSB account

  • Once your new account is open, you can switch your old account to us in 7 business days, using the Current Account Switch Service. Direct debits will be automatically transferred and payments into and out of your old account will be redirected.

Check you're eligible

You and the key parties must:

  • be 18 or over
  • be a UK resident with a business address in the UK
  • Free from County Court Judgements (CCJs), bankruptcy and IVAs over the last 6 years
  • Free from missed payments on any personal credit obligations in the last 6 months

Your organisation must be a member of the Federation of Small Businesses, and either:

  • A sole trader or a partnership
  • A limited liability partnership
  • A limited company
  • If your organisation is a limited company you must adhere to the following criteria: the directors have never been disqualified, the business has never been subject to insolvency or an intention to dissolve, the business has not had a negative net worth in the last set of financial accounts.

Your application is subject to status and based on an assessment of your financial circumstances.
