How do I cancel a standing order or recurring payment?
Standing orders can be cancelled online by making a Service Request.
1. Please navigate to Service Requests, and then New Request.
2. Select Cancel Standing Order
3. Complete the fields on screen, only the fields with * are mandatory but try to input as information as you can.
Recurring payments can be cancelled online by finding the scheduled payment and clicking Delete. You will be prompted to use your security token for confirmation.
Please note: if your action requires approval, this request to delete will need to be approved by another user.
