What exchange rates will apply for transfers to and from my account?

International transfers from your account:

  • we'll convert it from sterling using our standard exchange rate
  • this changes to reflect currency market movements
  • and includes a margin of 4%.

Payments into your account when the payment is not in sterling (UK Pounds Sterling):

  • we will convert it to sterling using our standard exchange rate
  • this changes to reflect the currency market movements
  • and includes a margin of 4%.
