How do I cancel a Direct Debit?

You can cancel Direct Debits online, using the Serviece Request option.

You'll be asked to provide details of the Direct Debit, amount and reference number. You can find this information by searching for the transaction online.

Please note: it can take a few working days to process these requests. If your payment is due within two days, please contact us to cancel.
