How do I order a cheque book?

  1. Log in to online banking
  2. Select 'Manage service requests' from the menu on the left side of the dashboard
  3. Select 'Make a service request'
  4. Select 'Order cheque books or stationery for branch and post office'
  5. Select 'Cheque book request' from the 'Service request type' drop down menu
  6. Enter a contact number
  7. Select the account you want the cheque book for from the 'Account' drop down menu
  8. Enter the amount of cheque books required
  9. Click 'Continue'
  10. Click 'Submit'.
