Why can't I see recent transactions on my statement?
Your recent transactions will not show on your statement until the statement has been produced.
You can view your recent transactions once you've logged in. A summary of your account balances is shown on the homepage. From here, navigate to Accounts Information then Transactions and select an account. You can then select the date range you wish to view.
You can request an interim statement through the service request option if this is required.
