Why can't I see recent transactions on my statement?

Your recent transactions will not show on your statement until the statement has been produced.

You can view your recent transactions once you’ve logged in. A summary of your account balance is shown on the homepage.

You can request an interim statement through the service request option if this is required.  Charges apply, please refer to your Business account tariff.
