As a bank built on co-operative values, we know the importance of building stronger, more resilient communities. It’s why we’ve given back over £3 million to local communities since 2023. From improving nature-deprived spaces to supporting mental health groups, local projects are making a real difference all over the country.

Customer Donation Fund

Our Customer Donation Fund offers our Charity and Community Bank Account holders the opportunity for a grant to support special projects and fundraising activities. We donate grants of up to £1,000 per donation, and since 2003 we’ve donated over £1.3 million to over 1,457 local groups across the country.

We offer a special account for registered charities, co-operatives, credit unions and community-interest companies, which has no monthly service fee. And, not only do we offer free everyday business banking, but customers are eligible to apply for grants from the Customer Donation Fund and discounts on additional banking services.
