A Statement of Fees will be sent to you at least once every 12 months. It’s an overview of all the fees and charges applied to your Cashminder account within the time period shown on the statement.
It will be sent to you by post, even if you have opted in to paperless statements. You won’t be able to see this when you are logged into online banking.
