Why we carry out planned maintenance

To give you the best experience and to keep our services safe and secure, we sometimes need to carry out work on our systems.

We aim to carry out maintenance at times that it will have the least impact on our customers and to let you know in advance so that you can make payments beforehand.

Although we do try to minimise disruption, we'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Protect yourself online

  • Please be vigilant, criminals are calling customers posing to work for the Bank, remember, neither the Bank nor the police will ask you to move your money to another account to keep it safe. If you think that you may have revealed your security details or fallen victim to fraud, please contact us.
  • Don't use a search engine to access your online bank account. Type https://www.co-operativebank.co.uk/business into the address bar
  • Never tell anyone your token codes, not even us!
