Planned maintenance to Business Online Banking and FD Online

We're carrying out a series of essential planned maintenance on our Business Online Banking and FD Online services.

This is part of our digital transformation plans to improve features and functionality and make sure our services remain reliable and available when you need them most.

When will our services be unavailable?

We have some upcoming planned maintenance on our Business Online Banking, FD Online, the Business banking app and our automated telephone banking service from 1:00am Sunday 9 May until the morning of Sunday 9 May. During this time, these services will be unavailable.

If you have any queries, call us on +44(0)3457 213 213 (Call charges). Lines are open between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday.

What can I do to get prepared?

You'll be able to continue to use your debit, charge and purchase cards as normal.

To help you to manage your finances during the weekends where Business Online Banking and FD Online are unavailable:

  • Keep an eye out for key dates and confirmed maintenance times across our website
  • Make sure you make any payments through Business Online Banking and FD Online before the service becomes unavailable

Protect yourself online

  • Keep vigilant when using online banking. The website won't look any different when logging in, so if you see something unusual – let us know as soon as possible.
  • Avoid using a search engine to access your online bank account. Instead, type in www.co-operativebank.co.uk into the address bar
  • Never tell anyone your token codes, not even us!
  • If somebody calls you and asks you to download something on to your device and then asks you to log in to your account, stop! It's a scam!
  • Remember, neither the Bank nor the Police will ask you to move you money to another account to keep it safe.
