Close your account

To close your account you can:

  • Send a secure message from your online banking
  • Call us on 03457 212 212 for current accounts and savings accounts, or 0345 600 6000 for credit cards. Lines are open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Call charges

If you want to close your business account please go to account closures.

Payment transaction history

When you close your account, we will send you a letter and ask if you want to request your payment transaction history. This will show all payment related transactions that have been made through your account in the five years prior to your account closure.
