You can check your balance and recent transactions across all of our available services. Our mobile app is the quickest way to do this.
Please note, you’ll need your debit or cash card to check your balance at the Post Office.
You can set up new payments and send payments to existing recipients via the mobile app. We will ask you to verify yourself by using your fingerprint, passnumber or Face ID. You can also make payments in online banking. You'll need to enter your password, 6-digit security code and a verification code we will send to you by text message or email to set up a new payment or set up / amend a standing order. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.
You can view and cancel standing orders and Direct Debits through your mobile app. You can also manage these in online banking but may need to enter a verification code we will send to you by text message or email to do this. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.

If your card is damaged, you can order a replacement card through online banking. Log in, visit your account's page, and click 'Order a replacement card.'
You can order stationery directly to your address using online banking. All you need to do is send us a secure message.
You can amend and update your contact details using online banking:
To help us verify that it's you changing your information and not a fraudster, you’ll need to enter your password, 6-digit security code and a verification code we will send to you by text message or email. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code. When changing your contact details, we will send a verification code to the mobile number or email address we currently have for you, not your updated details.
You can also update your contact details using our mobile app. Log in, choose “My settings and details” from the main menu, at the bottom of the screen select “Update number or email” and then update the details you need to. We will ask you to verify the change by using your fingerprint, passnumber or Face ID. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store
You can deposit cash or cheques at any of our branches or at your local Post Office.
Please note, you’ll need your debit or cash card to deposit cash into your account at the Post Office.
If you’re calling from the UK, calls to 0800 and 0808 numbers are free from landlines and mobiles; calls to 03 numbers cost the same as calls to numbers starting with 01 and 02; calls to 0845 and 0870 numbers cost 3p per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge; calls to 0844 and 0843 numbers cost 7p per minute, plus your phone company’s access charge. Charges for calls made outside of the UK will be determined by your local provider.
