My current mortgage deal is ending, how do I change to a new deal?

You can switch to a new deal if your existing deal is due to end within six months, or if you're on our Standard Variable Rate. There's no need for a valuation, unless you believe your property has increased in value.

We will not complete a credit check unless you want to request additional borrowing.

Execution Only Service
You may be able to opt for our Execution Only service if you are an existing customer. Execution Only means that you choose a product yourself without receiving advice from us. This is available in certain circumstances through our Mortgage Team on +44(0)8000 288 288 (call charges). 

Customers opting for this service will not have a suitability assessment and will not benefit from the protection of the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA's) suitability rules. If you are unsure, have any questions or doubts we are happy to provide you with an advised service at no extra cost.

The execution only service is not suitable for all customers and is subject to eligibility criteria.

My mortgage deal is about to end, what are my options?

If you are an existing mortgage customer, you may be able to benefit from preferential mortgage rates on a selection of our mortgages. We won't need to do a valuation, unless you believe your property has increased in value, or you think you could be eligible for a lower rate. We also won't need to complete a credit check, unless you wish to borrow more from us.
