If you've forgotten both your password and your security code, you'll need to reset them both by calling our customer services team on 03457 212 212 . Lines are open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Call charges

Reset password or security code

If you've forgotten either your password or your security code, go to online banking and:

  • enter your username on the login page
  • select 'I've forgotten my password' or 'I've forgotten my security code'
  • follow the on-screen instructions to reset your security details
  • you'll be sent a verification code to confirm the change. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.
