Reset your password or security code

If you've forgotten your password, security code or both, go to online banking and:

  • select “Forgotten your login details?”
  • select “Reset password”, “Reset security code” or “Reset both password and security code”
  • follow the on-screen instructions to reset your security details
  • enter the verification code we send you to confirm the change. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.
