My mortgage deal is about to end, what are my options?

If you are an existing mortgage customer, you may be able to benefit from preferential mortgage rates on a selection of our mortgages. We won't need to do a valuation, unless you believe your property has increased in value, or you think you could be eligible for a lower rate. We also won't need to complete a credit check, unless you wish to borrow more from us.

You may be able to switch before your mortgage deal is due to end. Early repayment charges may apply so please read through our Switching Your Mortgage Deal Guide, or speak to our mortgage team on +44(0)8000 288 288 (Call Charges) to find out what options are available to you.
