When making a subject access request, please be specific about the type of personal data you're looking for.

What happens next?

Once we've received your request we may contact you to complete an initial security check.

We'll do our best to find all the information you need. It helps if you've been specific about what you need.

We have a regulatory deadline of 30 days to meet. If your request is complex it may take us longer but we'll keep you updated with timescales.
