Under data protection law, you have the right to obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you. We'll supply the information within 30 days from the date we received your request.

Make a subject access request
When making a subject access request, please be specific about the type of personal data you're looking for.
To submit a subject access request you can:
- download the Subject Access Request form (PDF), complete and email it to us at sars.lite@co-operativebank.co.uk
- log into online banking and send a secure message
- write to us at The Co-operative Bank, PO Box 4931, Swindon, SN4 4PL
- call us on 03457 212 212 for current accounts and savings accounts, or 0345 600 6000 for credit cards. Lines are open 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Call charges

Once we've received your request we may contact you to complete an initial security check.
We'll do our best to find all the information you need. It helps if you've been specific about what you need.
We have a regulatory deadline of 30 days to meet. If your request is complex it may take us longer but we'll keep you updated with timescales.
