Change your passnumber

If you've forgotten or need to change your passnumber, you'll need to re-register your device first. 

To re-register your device:

  • select 'I can't log in' from the login screen
  • select 'Reset the app' and the app will close.

To change your 6 digit passnumber:

  • reopen the app
  • select 'Accept the terms and conditions' 
  • select 'I am registered' 
  • follow the on-screen instructions to create your new 6 digit passnumber.
