How do I order a chequebook for my account and how long does it take to arrive?

To order a chequebook or any other stationery for your account e.g. post office paying in envelopes, just log in to your online banking and send us a secure message with your request. To do this, select 'Messages' from the top right of the page when logged in then click 'write'. Choose the account the request is in relation to and from the category dropdown select 'Bank cheque request'. Once you have completed your message, click send. Your chequebook should arrive to the address your account is registered to within 7-10 working days.
