If you asked for a list of your Direct Debits and standing orders when you requested to transfer your payments you will be sent a list from your current bank. From here you will then have the opportunity to let us know if you wish to move all or just certain payments.
If you did not make this request then all of your Direct Debits and standing orders will be transferred. If there are any that you no longer require, you will be able to cancel these yourself using our online banking facility or you can contact customer services.
