Moneyfacts Group's highly coveted, independent awards are presented annually for excellence in products and services across the financial industry, and here at The Co-operative Bank, we're delighted to announce we've been shortlisted for 5 Moneyfacts Consumer Awards for 2022.
The categories we've made the shortlist for are:
We're so pleased to be recognised as leaders in the market within these areas, and feel this is a true testament to our ongoing commitment in providing excellent services and products, as well as our ongoing dedication in supporting our customers in any way we can.
The 'Consumers' Choice' category is a new award for 2022, and recognises organisations which have put new initiatives into place, have innovative offerings, or have gone the extra mile to make them worthy of special recognition. We've been shortlisted in this category for our recent V&E (Values and Ethics) Poll; where we asked our 3.3 million customers, as well as colleagues, their views on a wide range of ethical issues - so we know how to make changes and create services which matter to them.
The next stage of the decision making process includes a consumer survey, which opens today and closes 19 November 2021. The survey forms the second round of judging and seeks customer service scores for each shortlisted organisation.
