Supporting the communities and customers we serve is at the heart of everything we do. We’re always looking for ways in which we can provide the best service to our customers, so we’re pleased to have launched our new 100% electric mobile van.

Fully equipped with a comfortable seating area and iPads, the mobile van has been travelling around the North West, and our Personal Bankers have been able to help customers with everything from everyday banking and fraud awareness to assistance with online and mobile banking.

Our van is COVID secure, PPE will be worn at all times and all equipment will be fully sanitised after each use. Social distancing will be adhered to and hand sanitiser is readily available.

  • Issue new PIN's or unlock PIN's
  • Order statements
  • Order cheque books
  • ATM increase.

*There is no cash counter service
