The Co-operative Bank p.l.c. (the "Bank")

Division of Responsibilities between the Chair and Chief Executive Officer

Best practice guidelines under the Capital Requirements Directive V recommend that there should be a clear division of responsibilities at the head of the company between the Chair who has overall responsibility for the leadership of the Board and the Chief Executive Officer who manages and leads the business. The division of responsibilities is determined at a group level and can be seen in the Group's 2025 ARA.
