Alternative formats of information and security tokens

We can provide Braille, large print or audio versions of:

  • Letters
  • Statements
  • Policy documents
  • Brochures
  • PIN details

We can provide large print versions of:

  • Cheque books
  • Paying-in books
  • Brochures

Request a desktop-sized security token

We can provide a bigger, desktop version of the physical plastic security token. It has a large clear screen and easy-to-use buttons, but with the same function as our pocket version. You can also attach a headset to this and it will speak back the numbers.

Braille cheque and paying-in slip templates

We can provide plastic braille templates to make writing cheques and paying-in slips easier.

Place the template over the cheque or slip and the spaces and braille instructions show you where to write the amount, payee, date and signature.

Talking ATMs

A talking ATM allows you to plug in your headphones and hear instructions to guide you through the transaction. You can also turn off the ATM screen if you want to protect your information.

All ATMs located at Co-operative Bank branches are talking ATMs.

  • Visit the LINK website or download the LINK Cash Locator app for Apple or Android using the QR codes below. The app is accessible with VoiceOver and TalkBack screen readers
  • On the website or app, filter your search to show ATMs that provide audio assistance (you can also filter to show ATMs that are wheelchair accessible)
  • Tap ‘directions’ to get directions to the ATM.

Please note that some ATMs may charge for cash withdrawals. You can filter to show machines which are free to use.
