We'll soon be moving all existing customers over to our new business online banking service. If you've opened an account with us or registered for business online banking since early May 2019, then you're probably already on the new service and you don't need to do anything.

What you need to do

All you need to do is make sure your contact details are up to date, especially your email address, within your business online banking profile, so we can notify you as quickly as possible about the upgrade.

What will happen next?

We're just doing some final checks and we'll give you an exact date nearer the time via email and business online banking. This is why it's important for you to update your contact details. We'll do this in stages, so don't worry if you've not heard anything yet.

Your login details and token will remain the same, but please regularly ensure all your payments are approved, so we can move these over for you.

Until then, just keep using business online banking as you usually would.
