You will help us shape the services and products we offer and support our values because every time you take part in our research, we'll make a donation to one of our charity partners.

How do I sign up?

If you’d like to help, please show your interest by completing the 'Market research consent form'.

The form will ask you to consent to give your permission to contact you, as well as hold your data in line with data protection legislation.

A copy of this will be sent to your email address, please ensure to follow the instructions in the email to confirm your signature.

What does it involve?

When our research team needs your feedback, they'll contact you via our dedicated research email address. They choose a selection of volunteers for each project to be sent either a link for participation or contacted via telephone.

You may take part in:

  • Question and answer surveys
  • Discussions
  • Trying out new digital customer journeys
  • Feedback requests for service processes or features
  • Research into customer needs

How am I contacted and how often?

If you're happy to sign up, we'll contact you via our dedicated research email when we need your help.

We promise we will not recruit you for research more than two times per year, and you always have the opportunity to opt out at any time by emailing SMEDigitalResearch@co-operativebank.co.uk

Confirmation of Payee checks

We’ve introduced Confirmation of Payee service checks when making payments to new payees. Find out how Confirmation of Payee helps protect you and get answers to frequently asked questions.

Secure log in and authentication

Using our HID Approve app, we have created more secure log ins to our online and mobile services, as well as a way to authenticate payments. It is an alternative to using the plastic security token and it’s free, easy and available wherever you are.

The Co-operative Bank Business Help app

You can now send messages and chat with our dedicated customer support advisors to get help with your business banking whenever works for you. Find out more about the app’s features.
