Important information about our contact centres

We are currently experiencing an extremely high number of calls into our customer service team. This means the current wait to talk to us is a lot longer than usual and we would advise to use our self-service options where possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

To support and protect our colleagues we've reduced our contact centre opening hours to 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Saturday 9am to 12 midday.

To enable us to help those in the most vulnerable situation please only call us if your enquiry is urgent. We are doing our best to help our customers as quickly as possible and we appreciate your understanding. You can still use our online banking service. If you haven't already done so you can register for online banking now.
