The Business banking app is not available for Financial Director Online customers yet.
We will allow all users on the account to register for the Business Banking App on their own device, as long as they have their own online banking credentials and the account meets the eligibility above.
For maximum security, you will require a minimum operating system of iOS 10 or Android version 5 to install and use the app. If you have a previous operating system you should update this. Should you be unable to do this, please contact us for guidance.

Download the app from your dedicated app store
Open the app once downloaded
Check your eligibility to use the app
Enter the Customer and User ID you use with your online banking account
Using your activated HID Approve app, generate a secure code by following the on-screen instructions
Once you have completed the verification check in step 5, set a passcode to use for all future logins to the Business Banking App
In the future, you can set up facial or fingerprint recognition at any time from the ‘Profile’ menu.
